Tutoring/Learning Lab

Our Goal is the Success of our Students! The Learning Lab is a one-stop resource to help you succeed academically. 

The Learning Lab offers:

  • Free in-person and online tutoring services for students
  • Computer and printer access
  • Information on academic success strategies
  • TSI Test Prep Sessions

Face-to-Face Tutoring

Online Tutoring
ACC offers online tutoring with ACC tutors during the Fall and Spring semesters on Monday – Thursday 8 am to 7 pm (7 pm to 9 pm, by appointment only) and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm.

We also offer Pear Deck Tutor (formerly TutorMe), an online tutoring company available 24/7. Students can use Pear Deck Tutor for a variety of subjects. Access to Pear Deck Tutor is found on Blackboard. 

TSIA2 Boot Camps, $15 per week

All sessions held in the Library and Learning Lab (A-Building, Second Floor).

Math

  • February 17 - 20: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • March 10 - 13: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • March 31 - April 3: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
  • April 7 - 10: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. 
  • April 21 - 24: 4 - 6 p.m.

ELAR (English Language Arts & Reading)

  • February 17 - 20: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • March 10 - 13: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • March 31 - April 3: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
  • April 14 - 17: 4 - 6 p.m.
  • April 28 - May 1: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Each week (Monday - Thursday) has four (4) required 2-hour sessions. 8 total hours per week for only $15. Each session builds on each other so students should attend all four (4) sessions. Students must register by 10 a.m. on the previous Friday for the desired week. Sessions may be cancelled due to a lack of enrollment.
